'Casual' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Blue Earth County for the Fall season

At least three of the Mississippi Kites were present this morning, viewed from Land of Memories Park in Mankato. This individual, one of the two immatures observed, flew by at fairly close range around 10:30 AM.
