'Rare Regular' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Scott County for the Spring season

Found this singing at Cleary Lake Park Monday morning. It was singing profusely, so hopefully it's on territory with the mixed pine and deciduous habitat in the area. First record for this species in Scott since 1985
