'Casual' in Minnesota - Five or fewer records in Winona County for the Fall season

The bird was still at the previously reported location this afternoon when I stopped at 4:30 on my way back from Chicago. I was peering out over the field through my binoculars when suddenly I noticed that there it was, right in front of me on the mailbox. While I was observing it, it dove down into the grass and came up with an insect.
